Spiced Honey : Nature Makers Workshop

Join us this month as we infuse warm autumn spices into a jar of honey from the Lakeview Nature Area Community Apiary! We’ll add cardamon, cloves, allspice, anise, ginger, and cinnamon and then review the simple steps needed to infuse your honey at home. When complete, this sweet and spiced honey will be the perfect addition to your favorite autumn treats and drinks!
*Nature Makers Workshops are open to ages 16 and up as well as all skill levels. All materials are included in the workshop fee. When applicable, social distancing and safe mask wearing is recommended for our Nature Makers Workshop Series.
