The 31st annual Macomb Balloon Rally will be held Sept. 8-9, 2017, on Vince Grady Field at Western Illinois University. Join us as we celebrate with a tropical theme, a special shape and free, family fun for everyone. There will be 23 balloons at this year’s event and the popular balloon glow will be held at dusk Saturday, Sept. 9.
