If you want a sweaty, fast-paced, energetic, total body conditioning class that keeps you constantly moving, this is the class for you. Feel Better. Lose Weight. Be Stronger. Youll have fun moving through Keiths Cardio Interval Training. All levels.
Offering class in month of May: 60 minutes. $75 includes M/W 6am. $12 drop in if space. No class 5/30.
